Public records requests

Casey Lowder, District Manager, is the District’s Public Records Officer. To request public records, please contact Casey to set up an appointment to meet in person at our office;

Or make your request by phone to 509 339 3808.

Please include the following information in your request:
1. The date and time of day of the request
2. Name of requestor
3. Address of requestor
4. Other contact information, including telephone number and any e-mail address
5. Identification of the public records adequate for the Public Records Officer or designee to locate the records

The District will provide an initial response to requestor within five business days of receiving the request. The initial response must do one of four things:
1. Provide the record;
2. Acknowledge that the agency has received the request and provide a reasonable estimate of the time it will require to fully respond;
3. Seek a clarification of the request; or
4. Deny the request based on guidelines in RCW 42.17.320/42.56.520.
